To initiate a return, customer must send an email to naughtysupport@nurturethenaughty.com with a subject line containing the words "Return Request" followed by the Order Number (Example: "Return Request - Order #123456789"). The body of the email should contain information about the item to be returned and the reason for the return. Nurture the Naughty will respond to acknowledge return to be processed. Customer is responsible for return postage. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags still attached. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return. Item must be received by Nurture the Naughty within the 30-day window. A refund of the original purchase price and applicable sales tax will be made within 7-10 business days of receipt to your original form of payment. It is suggested that customer use a method of return delivery that has tracking. Nurture the Naughty will not issue a refund for merchandise not received. Nurture the Naughty will not issue a refund if the merchandise is not in original condition and will not send back to customer.

Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is suggested that customer use a delivery mechanism with tracking as Nurture the Naughty will not refund merchandise that is not received.
Unfortunately, we currently only sell and ship within the USA. As we grow, we hope to expand to other countries for world wide Naughty Domination!
